Founded on over 25 years of industry experience, rmg is a full service marketing & design house with a passionate approach to creating visually arresting communications designed to inspire.

Led by Co-CEOs Dominic and Michael Melidoni, rmg was quickly established as an industry leader when it more than quadrupled in size, within only 5 years of its inception. With their unique visionary perspective, Dominic and Michael ensure that rmg is constantly at the forefront of industry trends, and among the first to integrate new technology, innovative display elements, graphic substrates and, most importantly, a unique creative approach to the market.

At rmg, we have formed a team consisting of the brightest and most talented in the industry. Led by our Co-CEOs Dominic and Michael Melidoni, our team is comprised of Account Managers, Project Managers, Administrators, Estimators, Exhibit/Structural Designers, Engineers, Creative Designers, CAD Operators, Service Managers, Carpenters and Technicians.

Each member of this diverse group of individuals plays a critical part in the successful rollout of each project. Centrally located at our Mississauga location, team members meet regularly to brainstorm, coordinate and execute. This ensures even the smallest of details are in order; thereby avoiding pitfalls, and generating a host of innovative solutions for each project. Open dialogue and ongoing training in the latest industry trends enable our team to present the best possible options for our client’s marketing programs. Our seasoned Account Managers work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure they are kept informed and involved at critical points throughout the project, without having to worry about the mundane everyday details.

warehousingKeep your exhibit safe and secure in our climate controlled, fully secured 30 000 sq ft warehouse. In most cases, it’s in-practical to store your assets on your premises. Proper storage requires trained personnel and special handling equipment. At rmg, we enforce meticulous quality control measures; your materials are examined, repacked and restocked every time they return from an event. This process saves our clients time and money; enabling our staff to deal with any issues that may have arisen during shipping, thereby eliminating unpleasant surprises before your next event. Our warehousing facility is also home to our staging area, where all exhibits are set up prior to being sent out to ensure everything looks and functions flawlessly, making any refinements necessary.

logisticsOne of the most critical matters of exhibit marketing is making sure that your exhibit arrives on time to its destination in the condition in which it left. At rmg our team is well versed in both domestic and international logistics. It’s our objective to anticipate potential challenges in the transport management process, reducing the risk of mishap, added expense, or the stress of corrective action.

installation & dismantlermg has a team of over 10 skilled, reliable technicians with years of experience in exhibit & signage installation and dismantling/removal. Whether portable displays, complex custom exhibits, indoor and outdoor semi-permanent and permanent signage the process flows seamlessly. Our certified technicians are instrumental in the preparation; packaging and shipping of any of client’s assets. Upon request, WSIB insurance certificates can be provided.

Professional in representing your organization onsite, our technicians work conscientiously to exceed our client’s expectations and to manage any challenges encountered quickly and proficiently. Working closely with our Service Manager, our technicians are continually working to expand and upgrade their skillset to ensure they are adept at installing and supporting even the most current technology.

refurbishingAlthough our display systems are designed for long-term, vigorous use, even with the most meticulous care, normal wear and tear is to be expected with prolonged use and shipping. Your exhibit or product may require the repair or refurbishing of certain elements. In some cases, updating the lights or changing the graphics is all you need for a fresh, new look. Prior to deciding to dispose of your exhibit or product, allow us to do a thorough inventory of your assets. We will give you a report of our findings and make recommendations on how it can be updated, when it makes sense to do so.

trainingWith practiced expertise in exhibit marketing, we understand that proper training and education of exhibit staff is a crucial part of a successful revenue-generating event. Consequently, we conduct training and personal development seminars proven to enhance the performance of sales staff. At rmg, we integrate our aluminum extrusion component based system into many of our custom builds. Sleek with a contemporary edge, the design options are limitless. SIGNAGE

At rmg, the possibilities are limitless when it comes to signage. Signage is one of the few opportunities to engage a 24/7 silent marketer on your behalf. Still one of the most widely recognized marketing tools, strategically designed signage can be used to advertise a product or brand, identify an office or facility, help create a polished look for a corporate office and make use of a window or door as a potential advertising medium. We design and produce everything from: outdoor signs, reception or office signage, way-finding signs, hanging signs for exhibiting venues, to custom retail in-store signage, and more. TABLE tops

Table Top exhibits are well suited to specific venues where space is limited, such as retail environments, small conferences, and sales presentations. Typically smaller versions of larger exhibits (i.e. pop ups and folding panels systems and fabric displays are available in table top sizes) these units are made to stand on 6' to 8’ wide tables with your marketing message at eye level.

A great alternative for reduced exhibit marketing budgets, we carry a selection of different models for the discerning exhibit manager.

Consistently, one of the most common exhibit marketing products in a tradeshow environment, is the traditional pop up back wall. Selecting a pop up in today’s market, can be simply put, overwhelming. For those who wish to replace an existing case or consolidate their materials into a large case, we have an assortment of wheeled hard shipping cases, which are easily transported to event facilities, no matter the mode of transport. In addition to what is offered as part of our regular stock, we are happy to procure custom cases for your particular requirements should they not be available in our regular assortment. We also design and ship custom crates, as required.
