This program will provide general information necessary to plan entry into existing farm operations. Families will be furnished a resource packet with worksheets, exercises, and tools to begin the process.

Returning to the Farm Seminar offers an opportunity for families to discuss issues related to farm transfer and to discover how to address major issues that can lead to failure in a multiple generation farm business. Explore if your farming operation will accomodate more than one generation. Uncover alternatives for the transfer of farm assets.

Who Should AttendAny family considering a multiple generation farm business should attend. We recommend that ALL family members, including non-farming heirs and successors partners, attend the seminar.

ISU students can earn up to two credit hours at no additional academic cost if currently carrying 12 credits, contact the Beginning Farmer Center for additional information.
