THE SWAY TEST

WHAT IS THE SWAY TEST?

A way to self-energy test and discover psychological reversals especially about an affirmation or goal.

REVEALS INCONGRUITY BETWEEN WHAT THE MIND SAYS AND THE BELIEF THE BODY HARBORS.

You can use the Sway Test to check

• Vitamins, supplements, foods

• Reversals & limiting beliefs

• Emotions that need to be cleared for healing

• SUDs levels for things that can’t be “felt,” i.e. allergies and substance sensitivities, disease or illness

• Homolateral energies, Reversed Polarities, other energy blocks

• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment before and after

• If there is a trauma blocking the healing, it’s timing

• Root cause of problems, it’s timing

• Congruence with affirmations

CALIBRATION

Before Sway Testing, always calibrate with the following four tests so you can see how subtle/strong

response is, and if your energies are flowing to ensure you are getting a true reading.

SWAY TEST IN CLEAR – test known truth and known untruth

EFT TAPPING TEMPLATE TO CLEAR PSYCHOLOGICAL REVERSALS AND LIMITING BELIEFS

1. Focus on the area of your life that you'd most like to impact right now. 2. Use the Sway Test to determine the Reversals and Limiting Beliefs affecting your tapping results 3. Insert the relative positive and negative statements of the limiting belief into the following

tapping template (I’m using “I want to be miserable” and “I want to be happy” in this example)

TAP BOTH KARATE CHOP POINTS TOGETHER and repeat:

Even though subconsciously I want to be miserable so I'm keeping this problem in my life, I deeply and

profoundly accept myself anyway.

Even though consciously I want to change this part of my life but it's just not happening because my

energies are reversed, I give my system permission to correct itself.

Even though I have this problem in my life, I somehow choose to be happy.

TAPPING SEQUENCE:

First, tap for the Limiting Belief

EyeBrow (EB): Subconsciously wanting to be miserable

Side of Eye (SE): Consciously wanting to change this area in my life

Under Eye (UE): I forgive myself even if part of me wants to be miserable

Under Nose (UB): I accept myself even if part of me wants to be miserable

Chin (CH): Wanting to be miserable

CollarBone (CB): Feeling safer being miserable than being happy

UnderArm (UA): Is it possible for me to stop wanting to be miserable?

Then, tap for the opposite (the positive):

Crown/Top of Head (CR): It is possible for me to le got of the need to be miserable?

EyeBrow (EB): I choose to believe it is possible for me to be happy even if I change this part of my life

UnderArm (UA): All parts of me want to be happy.

Crown/Top of Head (CR): I allow my subconscious and conscious to align with wanting to be happy right

now. I choose to be happy right now.

RETEST the Limiting Belief statement with the Sway Test. (NOTE: In class, we tapped for emotions and physical problems and felt relief and release with the tapping so we didn’t retest with the Sway Test.) TEST CONGRUENCE OF YOUR AFFIRMATIONS WITH THE SWAY TEST, such as:

- I am safe.

- I am protected.

- The world is safe.

- It is safe to feel my feelings.

- I am loveable.

- I am wanted.

- I am enough/good enough.

- It is safe for me to feel joy.

- It is safe for me to forgive.

- I deserve to live.

- I deserve to be vibrantly healthy.

- I deserve life, health and healing.

- I deserve love.

- I deserve to prosper.

- I deserve to shine.

RECAP

- The Sway Test is a way to get answers from the body

- When EFT Tapping or other interventions are not working or the results are not lasting, it’s often

due to an incongruence between what we THINK WE WANT and our subconscious beliefs

- The Sway Test is a way to determine limiting beliefs blocking our success (with anything)

- CALIBRATE before doing the Sway Test, and if NOT getting true readings (sway forward for true

statements and sway back for false statements), then use the Energy Medicine Routine to clear

energy/polarity reversals

Karate Chop Points Together: Even though this trauma happened, I was happy, feeling loved and

supported, and it felt as if the rug was pulled out from under me, I deeply and completely love and accept

myself and my experience.

Even though in that moment it felt like my world turned upside down, I deeply and completely love and

forgive myself and anyone else involved who caused me to learn that it’s not safe to be happy.

Even though my life was short circuited in that moment, I deeply and completely love and accept myself

and choose to learn the lesson from that experience, release the trauma from my psyche and body, reset

my energies and choose to fine happiness and joy in the present moment.

Eyebrow: Even though it was as if my life was short circuited and my energies were too

Side of Eye: I choose to digest the wisdom from that experience

Under Eye: Even though I felt like the rug was pulled out from under me, I choose to feel safe and

supported by and connected to the earth

Under Nose: Even though I felt as if my life was turned upside down

Chin: I choose to find strength in my vulnerability

Collarbone: Even though that experience taught me it’s not safe to be happy

Under Arm: I choose to have faith and trust in my future and my ability to adapt to any situation with

grace and with joy

Thumb: I choose to release any grief I might still be holding on to and allow myself to be open to feeling

love and support and happiness again

Index Finger: I no longer need to keep replaying this experience because I choose to let go of the hooks

that keep me attached to this trauma and easily absorb the lesson

Middle Finger: I choose to realize that feeling joy and love and support is exactly what my heart and soul

needs as I step into who I really am and realize my divine purpose

Ring Finger: I am safe right now and I choose to realize it is safe for me to experience love, joy and

support in all my moments

Little Finger: Even though it felt like my heart was broken, I forgive myself and everyone else involved

and I choose to breathe love into myself, allowing my heart to overflow with love, sending love and joy

through all my organs and systems, through my body and out into the world.

Karate Chop: I choose to completely eliminate this trauma from my body, absorb the wisdom, and to find

it easier and easier to decide to feel joy and love each moment of my life.

Crown / Top of Head: I choose to live in the present moment and realize that every moment is an

opportunity to flood my entire being with love, happiness and joy.
