Independent Living These communities are best for those seniors who are

active and capable of living a healthy life without assistance. People who live in these communities will have access to communal activities, chapels and special events.

Independent Living communities may consist of one or two bedroom, well equipped kitchens, appliances and all other required amenities.

In case of age-restricted or 45+ communities, there should be at least one resident of a certain age.
