What & Who are we?
We are International Retail Design & Planning Consultants
originally Architectural Designers and Project Managers in
Great Britain
In 1962, John started in Europe gathering knowledge in all
facets of the Retail Industry, arriving New Zealand in 1967
The team has John as its Owner and mentor for 3 Retail
Consultants in the Middle East, SE Asia and India.
Our specific collaboration agreements provide expert
consultants in Commercial Architecture, Engineering,
Food Hall and Food Court technology and
Mall management & Marketing.

Where are we?
Foreman & Company was created in in New Zealand 1970
building an enviable reputation with Fletchers, Lend
Lease, Challenge properties and later Westfield on
Glenfield Mall, CML Mall, 1st St. Lukes, Henderson Square,
Shore City, Chartwell, The Strand and many others.
Our Auckland office opened in Albany in 1990 and since
that time we have serviced many Retail Environments.
In 2005 we closed the Albany doors for a virtual office with
direct links to offshore Consultants Australia, Dubai,
Qatar, Iran, Saudi and India but still with John as
CEO and lead.
