Special Projects Coordinator - Physician Billing Department 2005 2009 Implemented and maintained processes and procedures for coding and billing for the Hos pitalists physician group in Misys PM. Modified and maintained the MultiView terminal emulator program used by Misys PM for a more user friendly Windows like user interface, including adding mouse support. Implemented network storage procedures for all physician practices, eliminating the majority of paper used in the office. This included scanning and OCR processes,printing to PDF, and learning and operating in an AIX/Unix database. Insurance credentialing for providers.
