PREFACE

Scope This standard applies to the ENERGEX distribution network only. This document covers the major material and labour resource models within the Ellipse system. It is designed to assist Distribution Network Planners and Designers in estimating and ordering resources for Overhead, Underground and Public Lighting constructions. It is not intended as a substitute for any current Construction or Design manuals that contain additional resource estimation information.

General This standard is subject to amendment by ENERGEX at any time. Any proposed deviation from this standard must be submitted to ENERGEX for approval before it is implemented.

Updates & Subscription This document, when downloaded or printed, is uncontrolled. Users are responsible for ensuring they are using the latest information. This can be achieved by registering on ENERGEX’s Intranet/Internet subscription service. Both internal and external subscribers will be notified by email of any changes to the document.

Disclaimer The requirements of Australian Standards, building codes and other relevant statutory bodies are regarded as the accepted minimum for the ENERGEX distribution Network.
