1. Activate Your AccountOnce your lease is signed, a message will be sent to the primary leaseholder’s email to activate the account. If you’re not the primary leaseholder, please click the “Sign Up” button on the login screen. Don’t see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Contact your local office if you have not recieved your activation email.

2. Sign-InTo access the resident maintenance portal, visit www.invitationhomes.com. Select Current Residents, then Request Maintenance. Select the Request Service button and follow the prompts to sign in with your account login.

Visits

View scheduled visitsView all of your upcoming ProCare visits and Fridge List items at once.

Problem solved?If the status on a Fridge List item changes, you cancel the request or escalate it to “urgent.”

If you don’t see your item on the suggestions list, click “not in the list?” and follow the prompts.

Reschedule visitsClick “Reschedule” and choose a date and time that works best for you.

Enter your non-urgent service requestAs you enter your request, a list of suggestions will appear below.

This may be completed during your next ProCare visit.

Upload photosAttach relevant photos so we better understand the issue.

Choose a date and time that works best for you. All upcoming service appointments can be viewed in your portal calendar.

Choose an iconSelect an icon that corresponds with your request and follow the prompts.

For non-urgent service requests, use the online portal.For emergency requests, please call (888) 330-4969.

Click “Create Work Order” to submit your non-urgent service request.
