Il Residence Saslong, in località Plan de Teja, si trova sul collega-mento con la pista da sci Col Raiser. Adiacente al residence troviamo un piccolo impianto con scuola da sci. Il centro del paese è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi.

Die Residence Saslong im Ortsteil Plan de Teja liegt direkt an der Verbindung mit der Col Raiser Skipiste. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Skilift mit einer Skischule. Das Dorfzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The Residence Saslong in Plan de Teja is located on the link to the Col Raiser ski slope. There is also a ski lift with a ski school nearby. The village centre is just a few minutes walk away.

Die Residence Saslong wird entsprechend der Kriterien des „KlimaHaus-Standards B“ errichtet. Dies bringt beachtliche Ener-gieersparnisse und reduzierte Betriebskosten mit sich. Inbetriebnahme und Regulierung der Heizanlage sind für jede Wohneinheit völlig autonom und über GSM steuerbar.

The Residence Saslong is built to “Climate House B” standards, resulting in considerable energy savings and thus reduced ope-rating costs. Activation and adjustment of the heating system in each apart-ment is fully independent and can be remotely controlled via GSM.

Il Residence Saslong sarà realizzato secondo i parametri di “Casa Clima B”. Un grande beneficio energetico che si traduce con un notevole risparmio e limitati costi di esercizio. L’attivazione e la regolazione dell’impianto di riscaldamento è perfettamente autonoma per ogni alloggio e potrà avvenire a distanza attraverso un controllo GSM.

La tradizione gastronomica di queste valli è da sempre un vanto. Ogni pietanza racchiude in sé l’amore per l’accoglienza, l’accu-rata scelta dei prodotti locali, la loro freschezza ed ora, sempre più spesso, il connubio attento e delicato con i diversi piatti del-la cucina italiana. Ma l’antica tradizione e cultura ladina la incontri dovunque: dalle piccole nicchie votive disseminate ovunque sul territorio, specialmente sui sentieri di montagna, agli allegri balconi variopinti da cascate di gerani e petunie, dalle varie processioni, dalle feste campestri e dai concerti che si svolgono particolarmente nel periodo estivo.

These valleys have long been famed for their gastronomic traditions. Every dish contains a love of hospitality, the careful choice of fresh local produce and now, increasingly, a meticu-lous and delicate blend with various aspects of Italian cuisine. Ancient traditions and Ladin culture can in fact be encountered everywhere, from the small votive shrines and images found throughout the area, especially along the mountain paths, to the colourful, pretty balconies adorned with geraniums and petu-nias and the numerous processions, folk festivals and concerts that are a particular feature of the summer months.

Diese Täler waren immer schon geprägt von ihrer reichen gastronomischen Kultur. Jedes einzelne Gericht zeugt von Liebe zur Gastfreundschaft, sorgfältiger Auswahl lokaler und frischer Produkte und umfasst in zunehmendem Maße auch die behutsame und gekonnt Verbindung mit der italienischen Küche. Zeichen alten Brauchtums und ladinischer Kultur finden sich hier wohin das Auge schaut: überall in der Region, vor allem auf Wanderwgen, finden sich Bildstöcke und Votivbilder; ein farbenprächtiges Meer aus Geranien und Petunien schmückt die Balkone; Prozessionen, Volksfeste und Konzerte beleben beson-ders die Sommermonate.

Anche per l’allestimento degli interni verrà posta una particola-re attenzione sulla scelta dei materiali, preferendo l’utilizzo del legno sia nel rispetto della tradizione locale, sia per dare agli alloggi quel tono caldo tipico dei rifugi di montagna.

Für die Innenräume wurde Holz zum bevorzugten Werkstof gewählt, da er nicht nur auf eine traditionell erfolgreiche Vergangenheit in der Region zurückblicken kann, sondern den Wohnungen auch jenes behaglich-warme Ambiente verleiht, das unseren Berg- und Almhütten ihre besondere Anziehung-skraft verleiht.

Special attention is also paid to the materials used for outfitting the interiors, with preference given to the use of wood: this is in keeping with local tradition and also gives the rooms the warm tones that are so typical of mountain huts.
