For private circulation only ‘Case De Gestao 2019' - National Level Management Fest’ Volume : 3 Issue : 4 August-September 2019 its meticulous planning and management had overwhelming response this year from the best institutions as well as sponsors. Under the co- ordination of Ms. Fathima Nezrin and Mr. Arjun Suresh, entire staff and students single-mindedly worked together for the excellent conduct of the event. T he third edition of our National Level Management Fest -Bhavan's Casa De Gestao, - 2019 was hosted in the campus on 3 rd September 2019 with a spectacular participation of around 550 students from more than 30 colleges including outstation institutions. This student driven event which has created a buzz in a very short span for Faculty Presentations & Publications Ms. Rohini S. Nair, Asst. Professor presented a paper on "Examining the Effect of Positive Affectivity Among the Star Hotel Employees: The Role of Perceived Organizational Support" in the Intetnational Conference on Recent Trends in Global Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Research organized by Alagappa University. Governance organized by Centre for Corporate Governance and citizenship of IIM Bangalore and Florida international university. She also presented a paper on ethical leadership and board effectiveness. The research paper ,"Students' Entrepreneurial Intention in Kerala: A Perspective on Theory of Planned Behaviour", authored by Ms.Deepa Unnithan & Mr. Girish S. Pathy, has been selected and published by DDUKK-Cochin University as chapter in their book, "Research Perspectives in Human Capital Development" by Excel Publishers. The theme of the year was 'Royal Opulence' stayingtrue to the heritage and legacy element of the campus.In the inaugural address, Sri. Sankaranarayanan,Secretary and Treasurer, BVB, Kochi, urged studentsto enjoy the spirit of competition and friendshipthroughout the day. Eight events were conductedsimultaneously as a combination of functionalapplication as well as creative enthusiasm, whereparticipants competed to test their mettle through
challenging yet stimulating activities of unlimited fun.By the end of the day, St. Joseph's, Bangalore emergedas the winners of Overall Championship. A grandvaledictory ceremony was organized in the eveningwith Sri. Asokan K. S., Gen. Manager of SwayamvaraSilks as the Chief Guest.
