The theme of the year was 'Royal Opulence' stayingtrue to the heritage and legacy element of the campus.In the inaugural address, Sri. Sankaranarayanan,Secretary and Treasurer, BVB, Kochi, urged studentsto enjoy the spirit of competition and friendshipthroughout the day. Eight events were conductedsimultaneously as a combination of functionalapplication as well as creative enthusiasm, whereparticipants competed to test their mettle through
challenging yet stimulating activities of unlimited fun.By the end of the day, St. Joseph's, Bangalore emergedas the winners of Overall Championship. A grandvaledictory ceremony was organized in the eveningwith Sri. Asokan K. S., Gen. Manager of SwayamvaraSilks as the Chief Guest. The event concluded withcultural programmes by students and promises to meetagain in the next year.

August 2019. As the inaugural activity of the club aMega Inter-Collegiate Quiz Competition for final year
'Sahasra' - Our Finance ClubCommerce and Management students was organizedon the same day which witnessed a participation ofmore than 100 students. St. Alberts college, Ernakulamturned out to be the winners.
We hosted RYLA 2019 - A two day youthempowerment workshop was held in the campus
on 7th and 8th Spet. 2019. A group of 28 students fromdifferent institutions attended the programme whichwas led by - Sri Jayagopal Chandrasekaran - Chief
'Connect Ryla 2019' (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards)Executive & Head Coach at teamfactory.in, and SriKishore Ranganathan - Co-Founder - TWBC (Marcom),Active member of Rotary Club. The Rotoract membersof Bhavan's co-ordinated and managed the event withexceptional finesse.
Sri Varkiachan Pettah - Head - HR & IR (Retd.) fromEnglish Indian Clays Ltd. delivered a session on
Employee ProvidentFund. In hisinteraction, heelaborated on thenuances of EPF andcleared the queriesraised by thestudents.

on the occasion ofWorld Investor week.Mr. Anandhu who is analumnus of the collegehas effectively guidedstudents onthe importance ofproactive investment.

A specialized training programme was conductedfor 2nd Year students for sharpening their skills
for placement readiness.A panel comprisingexperts on aptitudetraining as well asinterview skills deliveredsessions for 3 days withinthe campus. An add-on byMr. Aravind Warrier,Sr.Manager-Rapid Value ouradjunct trainer andalumnus was also arranged as part of the endeavor.

Rotaract Club of theinstitution has beenbestowed with "ActiveStatus" for theircommendable activitiesfor the year 2018-19 andhas been adjudged as oneof the best 30 projects.
A team of students, Ms. Ganga, Ms. Aiswarya Kiran.Ms. Sreelekshmi V, Ms.Sreelekshmi Padmanabhan,Ms. Aiswarya Menon, won special appreciation forbest team in the Faceoff Challenge orgaised byCentre Square Mall, Kochi.
