II. Research Contents and Schemes
1)Establish GSM-R and LTE-R hybrid network demonstration application system inJakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail, including core network, wireless networks, serviceand operation support subsystem and terminals.
2) Conquer the high-speed railway mobile communication basic theory, develop thecore technology and engineering application technical system, and promotinginternational cooperation, jointly publish no less than 10 high level SCI papers; no lessthan 3 national invention patents, no less than 1 international invention patents; no lessthan 3 research reports; no less than 2 standards proposals, and promotion of theinternationalization of LTE - R standard.
3) Joint education of no less than 5 high-end academic staff; joint training no less than 5PhD students, organize no less than 3 international academic meetings.

1) According to Indonesian wireless communication service requirement and spectrum regulation, researchmultinational GSM-R and LTE-R spectrum and bandwidth requirement;2) Develop Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail channel model;3) Research reliable transmission techniques for 350 km/h Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail;4) Research multi-interface data-stream real-time tracking techniques, network interface monitoringtechniques, network infrastructure monitoring techniques for GSM-R and LTE-R; Research interfacemonitoring data-based network performance analysis method and prewarning techniques, and develop theprototypes;5) Research network compatibility techniques for GSM-R and LTE-R for Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail;6) Research 5G-R and loT theory and techniques for Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail service andapplication requirements;7) Develop experimental simulation platform for propagation and channel modeling, reliable key techniques,5G-R and railway loT key techniques for Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Rail.

Intellectual property rights involved in this project include: patents, technical standards/
specifications, copyright <including computer software copyright>, academic papers and other
intellectual property rights protected by national laws and regulations. The joint-development
achievements have common property. If the achievements are developed unilaterally, the
intellectual property rights belong to the side that developed the achievements.
