Michelle Bird, Project Manager What do you do at RESCO?
• Manage the construction of RESCo’s solar projects, from design to energization
• Set the project schedule and manage the project budget • Work with a wide range of people – client, sales, design,
production, building dept, utilities, OPA, ESA
Why did you get into renewables?
• Tangible results and doing work I believe benefits society

Patti Turnbull, Account Executive What do you do at RESCO?
• Oversee large portfolios of projects, review contract documents, negotiate price, train new sales and account staff, work with feasibility design staff and estimator to get these projects quoted and contracted and handed off to PMs.
• Most important: make sure the client is happy!
Why did you get into renewables?
• Had an epiphany while living near the beach in California. What do you like about working at RESCO?

• Studied International Development & Environmental Science at Dalhousie University in Halifax
What do you do at RESCO?
• Coordinate the long term Operations & Maintenance contracts for our clients, as well as our 6 person service team
What do you like about working at RESCO?
• Enjoy RESCO’s long term vision and face paced environment, as well as working with a wonderful group of people!

Sherees Thompson, Administrative Assistant What do you do at RESCO?
• Coordinating all new hires for the field, processing weekly payroll, track vacation days and related HR tasks
• Manage monthly invoicing to clients and receive all incoming invoices & mail • Participate in RESCO’s Joint Health & Safety Committee
How did you get into renewables?
• Joined the RESCO team after 5 years with Bell Mobility
What do you like about working at RESCO?
• The people I work with every day. RESCo has some of the most dedicated, passionate, and hardworking people I have ever come in contact with. As much as we all have different roles and responsibilities; come with different knowledge and backgrounds; we all work very well together and I think our quality of work and tract record goes to proves that.

• Introduced to RESCo Energy through a job opportunity via a colleague; seeking more challenging role from previous Trade Coordinator position

Tara Crawford, 5th Term Electrical Apprentice (and forewoman in training!) What do you do at RESCO?
• Field crew. Wire solar panels to all required equipment combiner boxes, disconnects, recombiners, metres and inverter.
How did you get into renewables?
• Looking for a new opportunity in the electrical field & Solar panels/solar energy was something that had interested me.
What do you like about working at RESCO?
• Great people . Great learning and work environment. Growing so quickly with a lot of opportunity to advance.
