Z. Calltoorder:The Pre-Bid Conference was formally presided by the chairperson Engr. Russell M. Dajao and

greeted everyone with a pleasant morning. Afterwards, she called the attention of Engr. Arturo A. Suarin tostart the conference with a prayer. Engr. Arturo Suarin led the prayer and asked the Almighty One for

guidance as we go on with our pre-bid conference.

3. Presentation/Explanation by BAC:a. Engr. Russell M. Dajao, the chairperson, made a brief description of each of the project and she

emphasized the following:• Contract I.D.

• Contract Location• Approved Budgetforthe contract

Afterwards, she called the attention of the BAC-Vice Chairperson Engr. Florencia a. Sanchez

for more details.b. Engr. Florencia B. Sanchez, Chief of planningand Design section, Made a brief and concisedescription

to each of the project specifically the following:• Building-Prepainted Metal sheets, Long span, G.I. Roofing shts, thickness

Fabricated Metal Roofing Accessory (Flashing), Gutter, Structural Steel, Trusses, Structural

Steel, Purlins, Cement Plaster Finish, Storm Drainage & Downspout etc.

• Bridges - Project BHlboard, Carbon Fiber Sheet, Carbon Fiber Plate, Reflectorized

Thermoplastic Pavement Markings (White) Reflectorized Thermoplastic Pavement Markings

(Yellow) etc.• Roads-Scope of work, Road width, PccpThickness, Sub-Base course,Total project Duration

c. Engr. Russew M. Dajao asked everyone especially in the part of the contractor's if there were any

querieswithregardtotheprojects.Andoneofthecontractor'srepresentativesaskedthroughonlineabout the Boa and PLAN, if it was already available. Engr. Russell Dajao answered that there werealreadyaBOQandaPLANsincetheprojectcannotproceedinthepre-bidconferenceifthereisnoBOQandPLAN.Shealsoaddedthatthelicensestobeattachedinthedocumentsmustbeupdated.

d. Engr. Violeta s.Tagayuna chief of construction section, reminded the contractors on there documentsto be on clear copy especially the pictures and I.D. and the documents must be paginated.

e. Engr. Artui.a A. Suarin also added about the minimum equipment that they will attach on there biddocuments. He made it clear that whenever that particular equipment is not necessary in the projectthat must be excluded or hence, must not be written attach in the documents.

f. Engr. Russeu M. Dajao asked again if there were any queries or questions with regard to the projects.When they say none, the pre-bid conference had adjourned at 11:00 A.M.
