This Addendum No. 1 dated March 23, 2015 is issued to clarify, modify or amend ite,ms inthe Bid Documents, which shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

CLARIFICATION! AMENDMENT~

> Current Mayor's/ Business Permit (201~) issued bythe city or municipality where the prir cipal placeof business of the prospective bidder is located.

2) On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, onl four (4)guards shall render services for twelve (1 J) hours atthe gate and POMjOCOM grounds, at two (2) workingshifts.

The deployment of Guards may be char ged as theneed arises.
