This report covers the two quarters ending December 31, 2015 and March 31, 2016. This fiscal year, the Adopted Budget provided $53.91 million for liability payouts. Honorable Members:

The City Attorney’s Office has been requested to periodically report to your Honorable Committee on the status of funding for General Fund liability payouts. This report covers the two quarters ending December 31, 2015 and March 31, 2016.

This fiscal year, the Adopted Budget provided $53.91 million for liability payouts. An additional $56.1 million was added to the account to cover payouts associated with these four extraordinary cases:
