Dear Doug,

I have been thinking about my appearance in court tomorrow as part of your case against Exsto and I am not feeling good about it.

Having considered the situation, I don’t want to appear in court to be a witness. Being a witness is putting me in a very difficult moral situation as I would have to appear in a court case between you and the company who employs me. I did put myself as a witness to start with as I wanted to be there to support you but as the time is getting closer, I do not feel right about begin in court.

At the end of the day, I prefer not to be involved.

Sorry for this late notice.

Regards,
