Historical Transactions to Overridden Period

Post historical transactions into first overridden open period

Status: New Development

Licensed Feature: Yes (Accounts)

Detail: The above System Setting has been added to control whether transactions, posted prior to an

overridden open period, are posted to that period or the first open period.

Batch Payment Export Definition - Bank of Scotland Alternate

Detail: New batch payment export definition is available against banks, to export in a format compatible with

Bank of Scotland.

Detail: The ‘Internet payment reference’ and ‘Additional internet payment reference’ can now be brought

Shelf Life Warning when Auto Allocating in ‘Allocate By Variant’

Show shelf life warning when auto allocating from the allocate by Variant grid

Allocation | Allocate By Variant

Status: Enhancement

Licensed Feature: No

Detail: With the above System Setting enabled, a Shelf Life Warning will show when auto allocating in

‘Allocate By Variant’, if the Expiry Date of a Transaction does not meet the Customer records’

‘Minimum Acceptable Shelf Life’ days.

Detail: A new courier definition has been added. It will export deliveries to the courier ‘NetDespatch

Collect+’, import a consignment number upon successful export and print a label.

Tracking ID Returned from Palletways Portal

Status: Enhancement

Licensed Feature: Yes (Courier – Palletways)

Detail: The Tracking ID is now returned into OrderWise for consignments processed with the ‘Palletways

Portal API - International Direct Feed’ courier integration link.

FedEx Web Service - Export Delivery Special Instructions and Email Address


Menu Option: N/A

Status: Enhancement

Licensed Feature: Yes (Courier - FedEx)

Detail: The Delivery Special Instructions and Email Address are now exported to the courier. A copy of the

request file is now saved to “C:\CourierTestData\”, if that folder path exists.

P2P TrakPak API - Direct Feed

Merge CRM 2 Records

Detail: CRM 2 Records, their attachments and their activities, can now be merged within CRM. A ‘Merge CRM

Records’ button can be found within the ‘Record List’ and ‘CRM Record History’ grids. Analysis will

only be retained on the CRM Record other records are merged to.

Despatch

Quick Ship – Added Stock & Allocation Status


Menu Option: Despatch | Quick Ship Order

Status: Enhancement


Detail: Stock and Allocation status are displayed by default when entering a Sales Order number, from Orders

Requiring Picking into the Quick Ship form.

Pack Scan Enhancements


Menu Option: User Group Settings | Despatch | Pack Scan

Show variant description in scanned grid

Allow cancelling of pack when closing mid-process (Pick/Pack/Ship only)

Status: Enhancement

Licensed Feature: Yes (Mobile Devices)

Detail: Variant descriptions can now be shown in the scanned part of the Pack Scan grid, instead of Variant

codes, and it is possible to remove the selected or all packed lines from a parcel.

Pack Scan External EAN Quantities


Menu Option: System Settings | Despatch | Packing | Pack Scan

Enforce external EAN quantity

Status: Enhancement

Licensed Feature: Yes (Mobile Devices)

Detail: With the above setting enabled, the Pack Scan process will always use the external EAN quantity,

when the external EAN is scanned.

Amazon Vendor Central Labels

Output SSCC Labels

Licensed Feature: Yes (Amazon Vendor Integration)

Detail: These settings determine when the labels are output in the main system. If the ‘Output SSCC Labels’

setting is ticked, a label will be output for every order for the customer ‘on ship’ per parcel. If the

‘Output Goods Label’ setting is set to ‘Pack’ or ‘Ship’, goods labels will be output ‘on pack’ or ‘on ship’

respectively, for every Variant on the pack or delivery for the customer.

Detail: The ‘Suggested Payment Report’ has been amended to show dispute reasons by invoice header and

invoice lines. The parameters on the report have also been re-ordered for clarification.

Detail: The 'Usage Date From' and 'Usage Date To' parameters have been replaced with 'Enter Calendar Year'

Import Reports for a Different User

Status: Enhancement


Detail: When importing into the User Reports category, a drop-down showing all active Users is available.

This defaults to the currently logged in User, but can be changed to any other User the report is to be

set against.

Sales

Remove Auto-Calculated Global Discount when Applying Discount Code


Menu Option: System | Sales Order | Discount Codes | [Add/Edit]

Disable Auto Calculate Discounts



Detail: With this setting enabled, if the relevant discount code is successfully applied to a sales order, the

setting to auto calculate discounts will be turned off. This results in any auto discount being removed.

Detail: The ‘To Manufacture Report’ can now be set to run as a scheduled service. This does not allow

outputting of the works order listings.
