RELEASE AGENT S
CLASSIFICATION:
RELEASE AGENT S is a stable, nonionic, liquid silicone emulsion.
PROPERTIES:
Appearance - White milky emulsion.pH - 4.7 +- 0.3Density - 8.3 lbs/gallon
GENERAL COMMENTS:
RELEASE AGENT S is a stable, nonionic emulsion, compatible withauxiliary finishes to produce a film which serves as a temporarybarrier. This will result in a releasing of two materials asdesired.
RELEASE AGENT S is an aqueous system and when applied and dried afine silicone film is left as a residual film.
STABILITY:
RELEASE AGENT S is stable to normal storage conditions forapproximately six months. Care must be taken to keep all metals(especially iron) from contact with this emulsion. These metalsact as a catalyst and will result in polymerization of the resin.
