No stand proposal can be sent without payments on the dates indicated.

Unless the organization refuses the requested participation, the submission of this request to participate constitutes a firm and irrevocable commitment by pay the full total price including VAT of your exhibition space reservation and ancillary costs (Article 02-02 of the General Regulations of Exhibitions, page 16).

“After examining the file, Nautic Festival SA and The French Nautical Industries Federation (FIN) shall have the power to authorise the builder, manufacturer or supplier to accredit, exceptionally, two or more exhibitors, in cases where the product lines to be displayed and offered for sale are different, particularly in their type, appearance, or size.
