Born in Johannesburg in 1961, John Gordon-Smith has been involved

in Pipe Stress Analysis and Hydraulic Analysis work for many years.

He graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1989.

He subsequently attended formal AFT, Caesar II and Autopipe

training and is a beta tester for Intergraph Caesar II.

He is a stress and hydraulic consultant to companies such as

Anglogold Ashanti, BBE, DRA, Goldfields, Hatch, Impala

Platinum, Logichem, RSV, Turgis, TWP, Umgeni Water, Weir and WSP.
