ECEn 191 – New Student Seminar - Session 8: Registration and Classes

1) Start immediately with major requirements – sprinkle in GEs and religion classes

2) Taking classes in the Spring and Summer terms will be more useful at the beginning of your career than end – more beginning classes are offered than Senior level classes

3) Don’t take Physical Science 100

4) The honors program doesn’t mix very well with ECEn

5) Take advantage of classes that double count for requirements

6) For math help, there is a refresher course offered twice a semester, Eng T 295R-002: www.et.byu.edu/groups/engt295r
