•Develop UN Regional Development Assistance Framework (UN/RDAF) and derive clusters’ Business Plans on the (UN/RDAF)

•Joint Programming beyond Joint Programme eg on Green Economy (GE) etc

•Contributions from UN Agencies to RCM Secretariat budget on yearly basis

KEY MESSAGES

• Finalize a results oriented cluster business plan 2013 – 2015 in line with Rio+20 outcomes as well as with the new emerging issues in the continent

• Finalize and implement Cluster Annual Work Plan 2013 together with M&E framework based on the RCM-Africa guidance

• Develop Resource Mobilization Strategy and action plan

• Documentation and dissemination of lessons learned
