Open type classic condensing unit with simple and reliable design for small/medium/big size commercial/industrial refrigeration systems. Units are equipped with reciprocating compressors. KWW (Galaxy) condensing units for medium/big size commercial/industrial refrigeration systems. Units can be equipped with different compressors connected in parallel as single circuit or several circuits. Unit features are design flexibility and wide variety of available options like oil & line components, different fans, completely closed compressor compartment, heat recoverecovery that could be offered on request.

1.5 KK (Pluton) condensing units for medium size commercial/industrial refrigeration systems. Units can be equipped with single or parallel connected scroll/reciprocating compressors. Main unit feature is air intake from the front side and outlet to the top so that there is a possibility to install it close to the wall. Unit can be equipped with different fans, heat recoverecovery option, oil & line features that could be offered on request.

Units are produced with scroll, digital, reciprocating various speed and screw compressors. Racks could be used in commercial or industrial refrigeration systems. Units could be made for low, medium or high temperature applications. To satisfy customer needs, racks could be assembled on different type of frames or housings:

Unit usually assembled in 2 floors. On one discharge line could work up to 4 different temperature range compressors. System could be assembled either with scroll either reciprocating compressors.

The most popular and efficient MT and LT refrigeration decision for supermarkets, designed for high and medium ambient temperature climate zones. Using low GWP refrigerants on MT side and natural refrigerants on a LT we can satisfy our customers needs according to capacity ranges and refrigerant diversity.

The other option is using CO2 as the only gas in supermarket systems. This needed a technology that is fundamentally different from conventional refrigeration plant: Transcritical compression. This type of refrigeration system has high energy efficiency Indicators and has GWP=1.

These chillers are designed for high capacities in commercial and industrial LT, MT or HT applications. Due to better fluid heat transfer properties compared with air cooled type, high SEER values could be achieved.

Our manufactured heat pumps are able to extract heat from the ground or water heat source and transfer it into heat, for domestic hot water and space heating needs. Our manufacturing resource allows offering wide range of capacities - from simple domestic up to commercial or industrial.

Ice banks

Ice bank is an insulated tank with built in serpentines pipes heat-exchanger from stainless steel and air agitation system. Ice bank technology is based on accumulating cooling capacity using ice and icy water at night time and surrender this capacity during process or peak period. Good thermal properties of insulation ensure long time on cooling capacity storage. Ice Bank can be supplied with or without cooling unit and pump station.

Condensers

Air cooled condensers are designed to be used in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Heat Exchanger is produced with copper tubes and aluminum fins that formed self spacing collars which guarantee the maximum heat transmission and efficiency.

We use seamless smooth copper tubes or inner grooved copper tubes to increase heat transfer, nominal tube diameter 3/8”, 5/16’’ or 1/2” depending on heat exchanger. Can be used aluminum fins, aluminum coated fins (epoxy, hydrophilic) and copper fins. The fin spacing available - 1.41; 1.58; 1.81; 2.12, 2.31mThe fin spacing available - 1.41; 1.58; 1.81; 2.12, 2.31mm.

Fan motors. Axial fans are guard mounted with external rotor motors, insulation class - F, IP54. Single-phase or three-phase fans are used to obtain different sound levels for each available fan diameter.

Frame and Casework. The coil casing is formed from heavy galvanized sheet steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The case can be finished with polyester powder paint optionally.

CertificationsCertifications and reliability. Quality control system of condensers production is in accordance with ISO 9001.Condensers coils are tested with air pressure of 33 bar and delivery of the coils is filled dry nitrogen above 3 bar pressure. Condensers are compliance with requirements of EU directives and GOST regalements. For easy condenser selection we provide – “Condenser selection tool” program.

Refra produces cold rooms that are modular mountable and dismountable constructions made of 80 mm thickness sandwich panels. Optionally client can choose stainless steel sandwich panels. All needed accessories can be offered too: shelvings, monoblocks, decompression valves, spare parts.

Monoblock cools the interior space of the cold rooms to storage products, flowers and other goods. Our monoblocks can be easily mounted in the cold room wall.

An elegant design, high load capacity, unbeatable stability and speed of assembly make this shelving highly adaptable. Made from anodized aluminium alloy with aluminium, polyethylene or AISI 304 stainless steel shelves.

Company Refra manufacture wide range of dor for cold rooms and area separation. Hinged, sliding, to and fro, PVC, plastic, roll up doors. Temperature range from positive to -35 C⁰. Huge optional choice: doors can be made from stainless steel, different door frames (plastic, stainless steel), doors with passage, doors with glass.
