PO Box 417 Greenfield Center, NY 12833 April 8, 2006 To Whom It May Concern: I have known Vitaly Glotov for over ten years, having met him when I was a homesick visitor to Russia in the summer of 1995. I was in Moscow, and had made arrangements to stay with Vitaly’s family in St. Petersburg, but had decided to cut short my visit and return home to New York. When I called them to tell of this change of plans, I spoke to Vitaly, the only member of his household who spoke English. In beautifully-worded English, this college student advised me that, if I decided to return home, they would certainly understand, but that they really wished I would reconsider. I traveled to St. Petersburg, and have since enjoyed an additional four visits with him. As a Verizon/Bell Atlantic/NYNEX/New York Telephone Company employee before retiring in 2002, I worked for numerous management personnel in several different job positions. Vitaly and I, in 1999, enjoyed similar experiences as telephone company representatives, although the Russian version encompassed many more duties than did ours. I was impressed with his ambition and forward-thinking ideas, even at that time, when he was only twenty years old. I retired as a Central Office Technician, and had the opportunity to visit Vitaly in his workplace in 2003. I remember being envious of his cellphone, which was superior to my [Verizon] version. Vitaly continues to amaze me with his dedication and work ethic. When I visited Finland in September of 2005, he was able to drive from St. Petersburg to visit me there. He spoke often of the ever-changing technology, and how he proposed to improve on his company’s. He was in daily contact with his workplace, ensuring that the work was done to his satisfaction. Unquestionably, Vitaly’s attention to detail, dedication to working hard for long hours, coupled with experience, schooling, and intelligence, are laudable. I would not hesitate to recommend him for employment in ANY capacity, and especially in the telecommunications industry. I consider him to be the future of telecommunications. If you need to contact me, my home telephone number is: 518-587-1793; my cell number is 518-424-5052. Yours truly, Diana L. Klementowski

To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Vitaly Glotov for over ten years, having met him when I was a

homesick visitor to Russia in the summer of 1995. I was in Moscow, and had made

arrangements to stay with Vitaly’s family in St. Petersburg, but had decided to cut

short my visit and return home to New York. When I called them to tell of this

change of plans, I spoke to Vitaly, the only member of his household who spoke

English. In beautifully-worded English, this college student advised me that, if I

decided to return home, they would certainly understand, but that they really

wished I would reconsider. I traveled to St. Petersburg, and have since enjoyed an

additional four visits with him.

As a Verizon/Bell Atlantic/NYNEX/New York Telephone Company employee before

retiring in 2002, I worked for numerous management personnel in several different

job positions. Vitaly and I, in 1999, enjoyed similar experiences as telephone

company representatives, although the Russian version encompassed many more

duties than did ours. I was impressed with his ambition and forward-thinking ideas,

even at that time, when he was only twenty years old. I retired as a Central Office

Technician, and had the opportunity to visit Vitaly in his workplace in 2003. I

remember being envious of his cellphone, which was superior to my [Verizon]

version.

Vitaly continues to amaze me with his dedication and work ethic. When I visited

Finland in September of 2005, he was able to drive from St. Petersburg to visit me

there. He spoke often of the ever-changing technology, and how he proposed to

improve on his company’s. He was in daily contact with his workplace, ensuring

that the work was done to his satisfaction.

Unquestionably, Vitaly’s attention to detail, dedication to working hard for long

hours, coupled with experience, schooling, and intelligence, are laudable. I would

not hesitate to recommend him for employment in ANY capacity, and especially in

the telecommunications industry. I consider him to be the future of

telecommunications.
