1. Si no recibió los productos solicitados:Sepa que su pago está a salvo y le será reembolsado si el paquete no fuese entregado en el lapso de 60 días calendario. No obstante, el reembolso total no se hará efectivo si su pedido no fuese entregado a causa de factores dentro de su control, por ejemplo, si usted se rehúsa a retirarlo de la aduana, etc.Por favor, tenga en cuenta: Debido a ciertos cambios en la política aduanera, se producen múltiples demoras de envío en el Servicio Postal de China. Esta situación se viene presentando desde setiembre hasta la fecha. El lapso de envío se extiende temporalmente de 60 a 90 días calendario.

2. Si no está conforme con los productos recibidos:Sírvase enviar imágenes o videos de buena definición que sustenten su reclamo al Centro de Reclamos.

Si al recibir las mercancías está conforme con ellas, por favor, cancele la presente disputa en el Centro de Reclamos. Una vez cancelada la disputa, el pedido se dará por cerrado y se liberará el pago para el vendedor.
