First home buyers“My name is Damien Ferri, & along with my fiancée Venessa Nasso we have just purchased our first home located at 41 The Avenue, Mount Saint Thomas through The Professionals. It is a double storey retro brick home that has been split into 2 separate units. This makes it perfect for us as we can both have the choice of living in it, & at the same time renting it out making it a great investment. The property needed alot of work as there was some water damage in parts, a concrete retaining wall that had been pushed out of place, & much needed landscaping in regards to the backyard. Harcourts Northern Beaches and the Community Helps Raise Money for Multiple SclerosisThe Wild Hoggs motor cycle ride for MS was run on Sunday the 30th March. The non profitable group has been raising money and awareness about MS for a few years now, and in 2012 they had 38 riders now in 2014 there were nearly 200 riders who took part. A wonderful effort by all who rode on the day.

The day was widely supported by local Business’s Trevor Gordon – motor cycles were the major sponsor with i98 radio station, AFN security, Dutchys spray art, Sky dive the beach, Red Barron Adventures, Berrima General Store. Harcourts Northern Beaches came on board as a business sponsor with help from the community, friends, staff, clients we raised a healthy $2,100 and with the massive effort from all supporters The Wild Hoggs raised over $ 18,000 for MS.
