Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more URL's that start with the letter Z, have the words "real" "home" or
"agent" or a color followed by a noun. I'd like to see words like "splotch"
"pyaemia" and "patooties" make their way into the URL vernacular.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more logos featuring a house, roof line, or globe connected to a thought
bubble.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites trying to connect people who don't even want to be connected to each other in real life. I'd rather see a site that helps me avoid people at this
point.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites that allow agents to post information about their neighborhoods. What we need perhaps are more online
tutorials on how to write.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more "find a Realtor" sites. Do we really need help in this area?
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more business plans that rely exclusively on ad revenue.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more use of pale blue in real estate 2.0 web site palettes.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more arguing over which is better, video or slideshows. Just pick one and
do it.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more kvetching about or dumb legislation trying to block the use of the
Internet in real estate. It's clear. It's here. Get used to it.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more Microsoft Publisher. Leave design and marketing to the pros.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more petty blog feuds. Can't we all just get along?
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more bashing the bubble bloggers. I think they've made their point.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more walled gardens around MLS listings.
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more alternative broker model trash talking. (ie: Redfin, BuySide Realty)
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more crappy email address's such as: realtor4u @ aol .com
If your in business of real estate or any business for that fact. Act like a
professional, not some schmuck with a free email address
Real Estate 2.0 Requests
No more sites where it takes 10 minutes and 20 clicks to find a few properties
that actually meet your search criteria.
