What is Locate?

EVALUATION AGREEMENT - HERE LOCATE3D & 2D WEB SERVICE

KEY FEATURES The evaluation agreement includes a WP application HERE Locate3D & 2D Web Service for a limited number of employees use in the workplace. The Web Service presents venue models in 2D similarly to the application. The user can view the status of and book meeting rooms, either floor by floor or across the campus. The user is able to search and see points of interest including meeting rooms, coffee areas, canteens, restrooms, reception, printers, other site and promoted services. SET-UP User list and MS Exchange Service Account are required during set-up.

KEY DELIVERIES HERE Locate3D WP application & 2D Web Service with limited users, agreed functionality and support:Identity & Access Management: For (50) select employees using single factor authentication login.Select a Venue: Locate 3D tiles show nearest venues relative to user’s location. Venues are orientated and geo-located onto HERE Maps background.Search: Both Locate3D & 2D Web Service search functionality is enabled for offices transferring in Finland, UK, and US, and public venues. Search Employee Fixed Seat Position: 2D Web Service allows user to fix their seat location and become searchable, also via Locate3D. Search & Select Promoted Services: Both Locate3D and Web Service have search functionality for promoted services. During the evaluation this is applicable for Finland (Espoo) only. View & Book Available Meeting Rooms: Locate Service allows user to view and book meeting rooms in enabled sites. Share Location of Meeting Rooms: For Locate3D, a meeting room’s location may be shared by messaging such as SMS, MMS and e-mail. The Meeting Room’s location map link including floor may be sent to multiple recipients.Support and Feedback Service: Reasonable technical support and feedback service via locate@here.com for day to day operational issue collection, management, defect fixing, and feedback.Visualization and Navigation: For the Locate3D, gesture navigation is available floor by floor or via the whole building view. Displayed venue model has controls including single or double gesture pan, zoom, rotate, plus device kinetic controls for 3D model tilting.

COSTS The Evaluation agreement cost is 50,000EUR.TIMETABLE PROPOSAL The Evaluation agreement is valid from for 90 days from Day 1.KEY FOLLOWING PROPOSED NEXT STEPS During the Evaluation Agreement period a working group with both parties is established to determine among other areas, service development and milestones, site model and services creation & deployment timetable, plus the development, integration, and deployment of additional features such as dynamic user location, user tracking, and Heat Map integrations, as required.
