CURSO PRESENCIAL

Taller de lectura de textos de diferentes géneros en lengua inglesa, enversión original no adaptada. Cada clase dará comienzo con una breveintroducción sobre el autor y el texto, seguirá con la lectura y comentariode fragmentos y terminará con la discusión del texto basada en lapresentación por parte de los estudiantes y el diálogo con el docentesobre: argumento, temas, caracterización de personajes, punto de vista,lenguaje figurativo, interpretaciones, etc. En la parte final de la sesión decada taller semanal, los estudiantes responderán a preguntas relativas alautor, título, background y género literario; describirán los principalestemas, personajes, conflictos y su reacción personal frente al texto(recepción). El corpus está formado por textos de diversos géneros enlengua inglesa y guías para el análisis textual, así como estrategias delectura en inglés.Se recomienda un nivel B1 consolidado o superior para sacar el máximoprovecho al taller. Los textos se facilitarán a través del aula virtual y lalengua vehicular del taller será el inglés.
