• RBSC leases a total of 15,000 sq. ft. of warehouse/office space in New Jersey.

• RBCS provides non-union and union labor totaling approximately 500+ custodians including floor care specialist and equipment technicians.

• RBSC continually enhances management programs to provide optimal levels of cleanliness and care while operating well within the customers budget constraints.

• RBSC experienced management team is key to our successful service organization, where equal attention is given to the selection of human resources and training.

Transition Planning

RBSC recognizes the necessity of augmenting its standard organization structure when initiating services to ensure smooth transition and maximum continuity of service.

To thoroughly anticipate all facets of commencement, a two (2) week strategy plan will be put into effect including but not limited to:

• Review the start up objectives with your representative.• Conduct a complete tour of the facility with the staff.• Develop individual work sections for the custodians. Daily cleaning

assignments and periodic services.• Order supplies.• Discuss systems & procedures.• Conduct organizational meetings with the supervisor & custodial staff.

• To ensure the highest standards, of our staff’s level of service, RBSC has developed a quantifying rating system for each housekeeping category.

• Monthly the account manger inspects the site with on-site supervisor and grades the condition of each.

Safety Training

• RBSC advocates safety awareness. • All new employees are enrolled into a janitorial training

programs that highlights the importance of safety. • After 90 days of employment all employees are required to

participate in a refresher course.• Periodic safety awareness seminars are offered at our

Equipment Training

• RBSC provides complete equipment training to all our floor care specialist.

• Our master technician conducts periodic training to all new hires.

• As RBSC introduces a new brand of equipmentinstructional training is scheduled accordingly
