• Flexible 2 year rotational program
– 4 rotations each approximately 6 months in duration– Rotations across the RBC Wealth Management businesses– Market-centric / business-centric rotations– Opportunity for international rotations
• Senior management mentorship
• Pursue career path in a mutually agreed upon area

• Research Associate with Portfolio Manager– Provide research and analytical support to a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Canadian, US
or global equity team• Product development at RBC Funds
– Work on a product team to enhance mutual fund offerings to retail and institutional clients

• Fixed Income and Equity Portfolio Advisory Groups– Become a part of the equity and fixed income desks providing research and opinions on
Canadian, US and global securities to over 1,370 investment advisors• DS Business Development
– Develop and execute national strategic initiatives to extend market leadership
• International Advisory Group– Take part in international strategy projects to develop the global brokerage platform– Join International Portfolio Advisory Group to assist international investment advisors with
global securities coverage• Sales Effectiveness
– Manage the development of a new strategic initiative with responsibility for all aspects of project management
• Strategic Initiatives– Work closely with leadership on high level strategy projects and competitive analysis in
support of business development
