The workshops lasted for 2 days and were very practical. The participants applied the ideas to their own

business plan, at the end of the 2 days their business plans were radically improved.

Series of workshops were I explore what we can learn from other fields that we can use when presenting or

making a speech. I organized workshops with some of the biggest specialist in fields like NLP, nonverbal

communication, Transactional Analysis or acting.

A course designed for children who are in school or high school, meant to increase their self-esteem and learn how to speak in public.

A series of events meant to support people to become better speakers. These meetings are a merger

between a conference and a workshop, so the participants feel inspired and also acquire new and practical

3 hour conference/workshop 2012-2015 Speaker Elite is an online learning program combined with live meetings were participants can make

speeches and receive feedback. I designed the structure of the live meetings in order to involve more

facilitators in other cities.

3. DevAcademy 3 hour meeting facilitation March 2015

DevAcademy is an NGO devoted to supporting junior programmers to develop their programing skills. I

have facilitated a problem-solution meeting between the mentors. After the meeting the most important

problems that the mentors had with their participants had solutions ready to be implemented.

This is a fundraising project started by me and my wife in 2012. We raised about 10 000 Euro cash and

donations.

2. 4 new informatics laboratories 2007 When I was at GSK I initiated and managed the donation of 70 laptops. They were given to a school and to

the National Children's Palace, were four new informatics laboratories were established.
