CSR PROJECT: ADDING SUNSHINE TO YOUR WARDROBE• After learning about CSR projects in class I was inspired to create my own. Since I am studying abroad next semester I really wanted to make a difference and have this difference be affiliated with Raya Sun.

• All of the sample pieces of clothing will be donated to children in Africa, Burma and Vietnam. In each of these countries I will be visiting orphanages were the children will personally receive a piece of Raya Sun Clothing. This shows that Raya Sun portrays Reactive and Proactive strategies, Diversity and Community.

SOCIAL NETWORKING EVALUATIONS RECAP:

• Instagram was the most successful social media site throughout the whole project- generated the most likes and most activity- perfectly aligned to the target audience.

• Twitter was not all that successful- I was most disappointed with this site, pretty much stayed the same throughout the whole semester. Twitter is definitely not as popular as it used to be.

• WordPress surprised me, I was not expecting to generate such an audience, once I got the hang of using the site I really enjoyed editing and creating blogs. When I looked at how many views I received it didn’t actually show 90 people on the WordPress account but I received emails being notified and received feedback from people who viewed my site.

EVENT RECAP• Originally had a fashion show planned where I had a number of Salisbury

University athletes volunteer to model in Raya Sun clothes- I emailed Event services and asked to reserve Maggs gym or the Wicomico Room but unfortunately they did not have any time slots open but offered for me to utilize the resources next semester.

• Held a clothes drive in TETC, having my parents bring a majority of the clothes to Africa when they visit in March, donating the other half more (winter) clothes to HALO homeless shelter in Salisbury.
