Non-performing assets is one which does not generate income for the bank. Losing their goodwill in market. RECOMMENDATIONS: Securitization is another way which transforms non-performing assets to performing. Bank employees need to give more attention on the activities of the NPA’s and slow recovery of overdue loans. Bank should properly evaluate all loan application and analyze project feasibility.
