I will share my goals to those involved and create an action plan together I will respect and utilize the chain of command to resolve problems.. I will solicit immediate feedback to assure we understand each other. I will talk with people, not at people, and listen with an open mind. I will try to see the situation from all points of view. I will admit when i do not know an answer to something, and together, we can seek the answer. I will give those who participate honest and sincere feedback. I will listen and never usurp the authority of others, especially the head organizer and leader of the bible study. I will not confront anyone when angry. I will not gossip, nor embarrass anyone involved in the bible study. I shall admit when I am wrong. I realize that the head organizer can revoke my membership without confronting me or explaining why they made that decision.

I realize that failure to obey by these rules will make my membership to the bible study revokable.
