interrelated issues– We need a team that helps shape, direct, and monitor the development

of RarePlanet.org to be at the center of a global network for conservationists

• What is expected of you:– Identify and prioritize key policy and process requirements to ensure that

RarePlanet.org and its constituent communities are engaged and supported

– Review and recommend draft policies, strategies, and engagement plans• What you should expect from us (Patti and Brett)

– To prepare diligently for meetings, set expectations for outcomes, and to follow up
