Maximal Blood Flow for Concentration
• Blood is rationed • With blood comes food, oxygen, water and informational substances• When stressed, blood flow is focused in Survival Areas of Brain
(primarily at back and Cerebellum)• To Concentrate you need adequate supply in Frontal and Pre Frontal
Lobes • Use Concentration Blood Flow Maximisation Points ( forehead )
Insulin Production and Blood Sugar Content
• Every cell of the brain consumes food and water.• Each cell needs a wide range of nutrients and clean water• Carbohydrates and other foods are converted to blood sugars• To open the cell and allow nutrition in insulin must be present• Insulin availability determines cell energy and resultant concentration• Eat a wide range of Good Quality Foods • Ensure adequate insulin is available to sustain concentration
