College obeys Anti Capitation Fees Act as per MAHARASHTRA ACT No.VI

OF1988 "THE MAHARASHTRA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION'S (PROHIBIITlON

OFCAPITATION FEE) ACT: 1987" Which prohibit collection of capitation fees for

'admission' of students to, and their promotion to higher standards or class in,

the educational institutions in the State of Maharashtra and to provide for

matters connected therewith.Our goal is to be an outstanding educational and research institute of

Pharmaceutical Sciences in the country.

The committee was constituted to enforce 'The Prohibition of Sexual

Harassment of Women at Workplace Bill., 2013.

Antiragging committees and squads are constituted as per the guidelines and

recommendations of Dr. R. K Raghavan committee appointed by the hon'ble

Supreme Court. As per Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging act 1999, ragging

within or outside of any educational institution is prohibited. All India Council

for Technical Education (Prevention and Prohibition of Ragging in Technical

Institutions, Universities including Deemed to be Universities imparting

technical education) Regulations 2009 come into force on the date of the

notification 01-07-2009.
