2. Eligibility Criteria

The firm who is participating in the Tender enquiry should fulfill the following qualifying requirements.

1. The participating bidder should have service tax registration with Central Excise Department, PF

Registration, PAN Card, Labour License (if required).

2. The bidder should have executed similar nature of work in any Thermal Power station of minimum unit

capacity of 110MW or above during last five (05) years as on date of bid opening as per below:-

(I) Single work contract of value not less than 80% of estimated cost.

OR

(II) Two work contract of value each not less than 50% of estimated cost.

OR

(III) Three work contract of value each not less than 40% of estimated cost.

3 The bidder should furnish the satisfactory performance certificate of similar nature of work in

related field duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer/ order

placing authority of concern organization.

4 The average annual financial turnover of bidder, during last three (3) years ending of 31st march of the

previous financial year should be at least 50% of estimated cost. For this purpose any one of the

following documents may be submitted:-

I Audited balance sheet of last three financial years

II Annual return filed with income tax department /TDS certificate of last three financial years.

NOTE:-

I issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

II KaTPP reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/ withdraw the NIT for the subject

package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/ intending

2. Eligibility Criteria

1 The type of job under this contract is such that it involves a heavy financial liability. Therefore, bidders

who fulfill following criteria shall be eligible:-

A. The bidder should have a valid PF, service Tax registration, Labour license (if applicable).

B. The bidder should have executed the running of canteen or mess work in any Govt./semi

Govt./Govt. undertaking/ reputed organization during last five years and should furnish

satisfactory performance certificate from concerned organization with:-

(I) Single work contract of value not less than 80% of estimated cost.

OR

(II) Two work contract of value each not less than 50% of estimated cost.

OR

(III) Three work contract of value each not less than 40% of estimated cost.

C The average annual financial turnover of bidder, during last three (3) years ending of 31st

march of the previous financial year should be at least 50% of estimated cost. For this purpose

any one of the following documents may be submitted:-

I Audited balance sheet of last three financial years

II Annual return filed with income tax department /TDS certificate of last three financial years.

OR

The bidder should furnished solvency of Rs. 10 lacs of Tehsildar or Competent authority.

2 The technical evaluation of the bids shall be done on the basis of above criterions. The offers of the

bidders not fulfilling above fully or partially are likely to be ignored.

3 The tenders shall be issued to that those applicants who fulfill the pre -qualifying requirement attached

here with.

NOTE:-

I issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

II KaTPP reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/ withdraw the NIT for the subject

package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/ intending

bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

a. The participating bidder should have service tax registration with Central Excise Department, PF

Registration, PAN Card and Labour License (if required).

b. The bidder should have experience of similar nature of works under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Govt.

2. Bidding documents (Non-transferable) shall be issued prima facia to those bidders who are meeting the qualifying requirements after preliminary scrutiny of documents furnished by them. Issuances of bidding documents however, shall not automatically mean that such bidder fulfill/meet the qualifying requirements.

3. Tender documents including technical specifications can be obtained from this office of on any working day by enclosing copy of documents as per pre-qualifying requirements. Required Tender cost shall be deposited in the form of D.D. drawn in favour of the Accounts Officer, KaTPP, RVUN, Jhalawar. Tender documents will be sold upto 5.00 pm in office hours up to due date as mentioned above and shall be

received up to 3.00 pm on due date of opening and shall be opened at 3.30 pm on the same day in the office of Superintending Engineer (Civil), Administrative building First Floor, Kalisindh Thermal Power Project, Near Village Undal, Jhalawar in the presence of bidders attending it.

4. The required EMD in the form of Demand Draft shall be submitted along with the tender in a separate envelop. The tender received without EMD shall not be opened.
