Applications

Rail clamps of this range are tested both mecha-nically and hydraulically and are set to nominalforce. This setting can only be changed by themanufacturer. Operating conditions other thandescribed in this brochure require the manufac-turer´s approval and may influence the function of the rail clamp and its components.

We supply a detailed operating manual with every order. Nevertheless,we would point out that rail clamps are only as safe as the servicingand maintenance performed while they are in operation. The guaranteefor the correct functioning of our rail clamps is therefore only valid ifthe user adheres to the German DIN standard 15019 part 1, table 5. Donot use rail clamps as dynamic brakes.

Bubenzer Service

This includes the installation and commissioning on site by Bubenzerservice engineers, if desired. Drawings as DWG/DXF files for yourengineering department are available upon request.
