El acuerdo prev1 Ia instalacion de un paste emisor de 500 ki lowa tios de potencia que sera utilizado por Radio Ex terior de Espana. Se espera que el paste entre er funcionamiento dentro de un ano.

Segun el aci.Jerdo hispano-costarricense, Ia Ad ministracion de San Jose costeara Ia obra civil Espana, por su parte, se hace cargo de Ia compr; e instalaci6n de Ia emisora. Una vez ·construida Espana podra utilizarla durante seis horas diarias quedando el resto del tiempo de emision a dispo sici6n de Costa Rica.
