Hi-Tech Radiator�s incorporated in 1989 is a system and value driven company, managed by a team of highly trained and motivated professionals. Hi-Tech is based in Maharashtra in the western region of india close to one of the busiest Indian port Nava Sheva.

Hi-Tech has three world class plants, one located at Rabale, Navi Mumbai and the other two at Khopoli in Raigad district, together covering 12,000 sq. mtrs shop area with a capacity to produce 1500 MT of radiators & 300 MT of corrugated tanks per month.

Tanks :

520mm wide radiators with 1.00mm & 1.20mm thick �ns. Center to center distance : 1000mm to 4500mm. Header pipe : 88.9mm OD (80 NB) & 114mm OD (100 NB). Pitch (distance between two �ns) : 40mm , 45mm & 50mm . Number of �ns : 02nos. to 40nos.

Radiators :

Width of corrugation : 300mm -1600mm Sheet thickness : 1.00mm - 1.50mm

Height of corrugation : 50mm - 400mm

Pitch of corrugation : 40mm - 80mm ,with embossing and spot welding

Corrugated Finwalls :

In-house state-of-art facility for hot dip galvanizing of tanks, radiators & other engineering products. Hot dip galvanizing tank size specially designed to accommodate entire range of products in single dip. Kettle size of 5 meters length x 2.5 meters width and 2.5 meters depth, which can accommodate the largest radiator size in the industry. Crane capacity of 7 MT to galvanize medium size power transformer tanks. Galvanizing capacity of 5 metric ton per hour i.e. 3000 tons per month galvanizing capacity. Plant fully compliant with the international environment protection norms. Fully enclosed galvanizing kettle with white fume collection to ensure safe working environment
