MONDAY, JUNE 17, 2019 JUSTIN CARTER, HOLLYWOOD CASINO Justin received bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology from Dartmouth College and obtained an MBA from Purdue University. He is a native of New Orleans, LA. Prior to the gaming industry, he worked for seven years as a drug discovery chemist and later drug manufacturing supervisor for Abbott Laboratories in Chicago. Shortly after joining the Penn, Justin was promoted to General Manager of their Hollywood Casino Tunica property. Justin was named Tunica General Manager, with responsibility for all three Penn National Gaming Tunica Casinos. Officially joining Hollywood Casino Toledo in October 2018, Justin also oversees the operations of Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley, located outside of Youngstown, Ohio. Ryan is a life long Toledoean. He enjoys his working for CaseMedical, spending time in the Operating Room with talentedsurgeons and residents is his favorite part. When he is not workinghe enjoys spending time with friends and family. Ryan stays activeby playing golf, basketball and skiing. Ryan feels that the most satisfying part of being a Rotarian is thefeeling of being part of a group that significantly benefits hiscommunity. One thing most people do not know about Ryan, is that he wants tolearn to speak multiple languages.
