Pho Vinh Orlando Florida – Vietnamese Cuisine.

On a recent trip around Fashion Square Mall, I stopped in f or a quick bite. This restaurant sits on Primrose Dr,with parking in the back. The unf lattering back entrance gives way to a grand welcome structure,

The dining room is a long row of polished wooden tables and chairs. Very austere and uncluttered, this serenesetting gives a sense of calm.

The menu showcases Vietnamese f are with soups, salads, appetizers, noodles, rice platters and vegetarianitems.

Gỏi Ngó Sen – Lotus rootlets with Shrimp and Pork sour salad. Good contrasting sourness, lotus gave a nicecrunch. Fresh, delicious, and f lavorf ul item.

Bánh Canh Thập Cẩm – Thick clear rice noodle with shrimp, pork, f ish meatball, Prawn cakes and f ried tof u.Bold, f ull f lavors, with oil droplets f loating on top. Noodles were tender,

Cá Kho Tô – Salted f ish in Clay Pot. Ample salt iness and spicy peppercorn f lavors. Tender f ish with heavymusky, muddy, f resh water aroma.

We started out with one server, then another, neither of whom were around much. Maybe it was break time.Food was f resh and hearty.
