The results show that the magazine my target audience are most likely to buy are Pop music magazines. Therefore this backs up my other research and will make my music magazine popular with my target audience.

The results that the price people are most likely willing to pay for a music magazine is £1-£4, therefore this gives me a clear path as to what I should price my music magazine at.

3. How often would you like an issue to be released?

My results show that my target audience for my magazine would like an issue to be released monthly. This then tells me how often I should release an issue of my music magazine, in order for it to be purchased and successful.

The results show that more people buy music magazines, 60%, than don't, 40%. Therefore my music magazine is more likely to sell and be more successful.

The results I found show what magazines my target audience purchases, and 2 of them are the magazines I researched about: Billboard and Q magazine. This gives me an idea of what my magazine should look like and include, similar things to billboard and q magazine as my target audience purchases them and therefore my magazine will be successful.

My results tell me what type of music/artists my target audience are into, and this could help me decide on what type of person I use for my magazine front cover, and my double page spread, as if there similar to some of these artists, my magazine will be more appealing.

7. What would you like to read about/see in a music magazine?

My results show that a lot of people like the interviews in a magazine, and knowing about gigs and new releases. The fact that a lot of people like to read interviews tells me the audience like that in a magazine and I should include it in mine.

These results tell me how each magazine they read is appealing and has good/interesting content. As these are opinions from the target audience I’m aiming my music magazine at, I could follow this research so my magazine is appealing and interesting in the way my target audience likes it.
