Plan of the land that can be used as a car park
Subject: Onsite parking
From : Simon
Dear Candidate I would like to deal with the issue of on-site parking. We have heard that it’s difficult for staff to find parking spaces. We could use the waste land at the back of our building for parking if it’s an issue- see plan attached. The land will have to be fenced and surfaced. I’ve also attached a flyer from a fencing supplier that you might find useful. Please prepare some costs for me to consider. I have allocated a budget of £30,000 for the surfacing of the car park. Thanks Susan Department Manager
