Yearbooks

Pre-ordered yearbooks were

delivered to classrooms last week.

Approximately a dozen extra

yearbooks will be available for purchase. Extra yearbooks will be sold between building 1 and

building 2 on:

Wednesday, May 30th at 11:00 a.m.

Extra yearbooks: - First come, first served basis - CASH only - Hardcovers available: $38 - Softcovers available: $33

It has been an amazing year. I am so proud to be a part of the EDUPRIZE community and experience the many reasons that makes us the only A+ charter school in Arizona. Reminder from the Nurse

Student medications and medical supplies will need to be picked up on or before the last day of school. If you will not be in town on the last day of school, please give the nurse’s office a call to set up a time for student items to be picked up. Any medications/supplies left in the health office after

the last day of school, June 1, 2018, will be discarded. We are unable to keep medication over summer break.

Not Returning for 2018-2019? If you completed an intent to return form earlier this year, but have now decided not to return, please

complete a withdrawal form in order to expedite your records release. Forms and procedures are available at the building 1 front desk.

As the new school year approaches and spots become available, we would like to offer openings to new families in our community. You and your family will be greatly missed!

Last day of school and EARLY release for ALL students on FRIDAY, June 1st

Traditional Day Students Friday Schedule

AM TOPS K, 1st & 2nd 7:20 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

AM TOPS 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th 7:20 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

PM TOPS K, 1st & 2nd 10:00 a.m. - 1:25 p.m.

PM TOPS 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th 10:00 a.m. - 1:40 p.m.

Money in the Tubs!

We currently have hundreds of dollars worth of personal items that belong to the children of

EDUPRIZE. Please check the tubs on the back

sidewalks. Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the

school year.

2018-2019 Sports

Please note, if your child plans to tryout for a sport in the 2018-

2019 school year, students must have a physical exam prior to trying out. Summer can be an opportune time to get doctor

physicals completed.

EDUPRIZE QC is looking for Substitutes for the 2018/2019 school year. If you are interested, please fill out an application at:
