BRIDGE PLUG AND CEMENT RETAINERBridge Plug is used to isolate various oil/gas zones for the testing of well. In the past, industry normally used the drillable Bridge Plug – which had to be drilled out after testing of the well to run the completion string. To cut down the time spent on drilling/milling of the Bridge Plug, Retrievable Bridge Plug is used so that it can be easily retrieved and also reused after re-dressing, ultimately reducing the well cost to a great extent.

Cement Retainer allows cement squeezing operation by stabbing a stinger to repair a faulty primary cementation and is also used to isolate unwanted perforations by squeezing cement to avoid intrusion of unwanted fluid or gas into the producing zone.

LINER HANGER SYSTEMLiner Hanger system is used to hang a liner in the well either hydraulically or mechanically. The Pocket Slip Liner Hanger features recessed and protected slips making it suitable for narrow annular clearance, highly deviated extended reach wells and the liner can be rotated during running in, as well as after setting the Hanger. Work string can be rotated and reciprocated for reaming and drill down. In case of conventional Rotating Liner Hangers, rotation is possible only after setting.

BOTIL Four-plug Wiper Plug system is an effective means of cementing the liner string in two stages with Liner Hanger.

All BOTIL Hangers feature hardness-controlled slips that go through a stringent quality process to assure their biting and hanging capacity even in the highest strength casing. BOTIL Liner Hangers are designed, tested and certified for their load carrying capacity and rotating under load.

LINER TOP PACKERThe BOTIL Compression Set Liner Top Packers isolates annulus from the top of cement and prevents gas migration or protect sensitive zones from well hydrostatics after cementing.

The Single Packing Element with Metal Back-up design prevents swabbing of Packing Element and allows high circulation rates and higher pressure ratings.

BHR HYDRAULIC RELEASE RUNNING TOOL The BOTIL Hydraulic Running Tool is used to run and set the Liner Hanger.

The Hydraulic Release Running Tool connects to the Liner Setting Sleeve profile provides a means to carry a liner down hole, set a liner hanger and release from the liner prior to or, if desired, after cementing.

The primary releasing mechanism is hydraulic with an emergency mechanical back-up release system.

SEAL BORE PACKER SYSTEM PERMANENTThe Permanent Packer is one of the most important equipment used in oil & gas industry for zonal isolation purpose, completion and production. It seals the annulus between tubing & casing and holds pressure from above & below, after it packs-off within the casing.

The main advantages of Permanent Packers are lower cost and greater sealing and gripping capabilities. Permanent Packers require milling in order to remove them from the casing. In situations where a packer must be easily removed from the well, such as secondary recoveries, re-completions, or to change the production tubing, a retrievable packer must be used.

SEAL BORE PACKER SYSTEM - RETRIEVABLESeal Bore Retrievable Packer is run and retrieved on a running string or production string, unlike Permanent Production Packer.

Seal Bore Packer is set hydraulically and eliminates the requirements for spacing out. Bi-directional Slips positioned under the packing element holds loads from above & below and the slips are protected from debris, which allows easy retraction of slips during retrieving of the Packer.

PRODUCTION AND TEST PACKER - RETRIEVABLEThe Hydraulic and Mechanical set Retrievable Production and Test Packers are truly versatile packers. Proven by their worldwide use, they perform reliably in production, stimulation and testing operations.

Model “BHRL” is a hydraulically set, straight-pull, shear release retrievable packer. Its compact modular design makes “BHRL” an economical choice for production applications. Opposed double grip slips (Bi-Directional) prevent movement of the packer in either direction due to pressure differentials. Double Pistons and Double Lock rings sustain Pack-off and slips grip mechanically after setting. The Packer design prevents debris build up above slips and facilitates circulating out debris before retrieving.

BTCN RETRIEVABLE PRODUCTION PACKERModel “BTCN” Retrievable Production Packer is a mechanical set Packer and mechanical lock-setting action holds substantial pressure from above or below without tubing weight or tension. Ability to absorb tubing expansion or contraction forces makes the “BTCN” right for both pumping and injection wells. It features a Jay cage setting and releasing mechanism.

The “BTCN” also features an upper slip releasing system that reduces the strain required to release the slips.

SUB SURFACE SAFETY VALVEThe BOTIL Wire-line Retrievable surface controlled Sub Surface Safety Valve (SSSV) is a flapper type self-equalizing safety valve, and is available in 5,000 to 10,000 psi working pressure variants.

The safety valve is equipped with BRQ lock, which provides positive location during installation. The BOTIL model “BHE” Wire-line Retrievable SSSV is designed to operate in fluid and gas environments, in both production and injection applications, and can be installed and retrieved on slick line.

TEST WELL FACILITY & FIELD SERVICE TEAM

BOTIL has a test facility where products can be tested and validated as per API specifications, equipped with a hydraulic ram to produce loads to a maximum value of 250,000 lbs and pressure up to 15,000 psi, along with a boiler and cooling system to achieve a maximum temperature of 5000F. Validation tests are carried out by using a medium of Hydraulic oil or Nitrogen Gas, as the test grade demands. The test facility also includes a Mud circulation system which is used for abrasion flow testing of equipment as per requirements of API RP-10F.

The test well control systems are equipped with state-of-the-art Maximator with multipoint pressure equalizers and SCADA system to monitor and record the testing data.

BOTIL Service team comprises engineers and technicians with vast on-field experience in Down Hole Equipment along with shop floor training in the Assembly shop. They are well versed with Environment, Health & Safety Systems as per ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and undergo specialized training in sea-survival, helicopter under water egress and first-aid and fire fighting.

BOTIL Service team offers Hook-Up Preparation, Running and Setting, Retrieval & Redressing of our Down Hole completion tools including Liner Hanger Systems for on-shore & off-shore Oil & Gas wells. BOTIL also offers training on its products to engineers and technicians of valued customers at its highly specialized training center equipped with complete range of full-scale products, tools and tackle.
