Guidelines for Assessment 1. Criteria for assessment for each QP will be created by the SSC. Key PCs will be assigned marks
proportional to their importance within the NOS. The SSC will also lay down proportion of marks
for Theory and Practical Skills for each key PC.
2. The assessment of the theory part will be based on the knowledge bank of questions prepared by
the SSC.
3. Individual assessment agencies will create unique evaluations for practical skills for every student
at the training center or construction site, based on these criteria.
4. To pass the QP, each trainee should score a minimum of 70% in every NOS. Further, each trainee
must also score a minimum of 40% in each element assessed within every NOS.
5. In case of successfully passing only certain number of NOSs, the trainee is eligible to take
subsequent assessment on the balance NOSs to pass the QP.
