There once was a connoisseur who was very irascible. He hated to be harried and if he was he would berate whoever did. One day he received a invitation to a congenial milieu where a coterie was hosting a wine tasting and an art show fundraiser to keep the government from razing the old historic house the fundraiser was being held at. He immediately tabled the idea of going. But soon his curiosity won out and he began the long arduous trip up there. Throughout the trip the roads kept going awry. Eventually he came to an impasse. Suddenly a very boisterous hippie came out of nowhere. The connoisseur became vertigo at the sight of the hippie’s tie-dyed shirt. But soon his head cleared and he asked the hippie if he was going the right way to the house. The hippie replied, “no man, you’re very fallacious. You need to turn around and turn right at where the road is asunder and go straight. You should get there in no time”. The connoisseur, now full of zeal and excitement, quickly thanked the chimerical hippie and headed toward the house. But when he arrived he was aghast. For the house was blighted. He re-checked the invitation. The fundraiser was to be held on January 17. It was January 24. He was a week late…
